Flexible and Transparent Service Policy
At ACE ELECTRIC & LIGHTING, we understand that schedules can change. We aim to provide flexible and fair cancellation terms for all residential, commercial, and industrial electrical services while respecting our technicians’ time and scheduling commitments.
Cancellations or rescheduling should be made at least 24–48 hours in advance.
Same-day cancellations may be subject to a service fee depending on job scheduling.
Emergency service cancellations are handled on a case-by-case basis.
